OSI Team to Attend PTC Pacific Telecommunications Conference

The OSI team will, once again, kick off the year by attending the largest telecommunications conference in the Pacific, PTC’25, in Honolulu, Hawaii, from January 18–23. OSI’s Managing Director of Operations, Dave Willoughby, and Director of Business Development, Tony Mosley, are looking forward to meeting with clients and colleagues to discuss the latest trends and challenges facing the subsea telecoms industry.

Tony will be actively supporting the conference program as of Friday through the PTC Academy, which seeks to provide exceptional management training to rising industry leaders. PTC Academy participants have the unique opportunity to learn about the global telecom sector from current industry leaders and senior executives. Tony will kick off the educational proceedings by giving students a broad industry overview as part of the Submarine Cables and Satellite Communications session.

OSI continues to support the subsea network infrastructure for telecommunications, wind, power, and oil and gas, so please feel free to reach out to Dave (dwilloughby@oceanspecialists.com) and Tony (tmosley@oceanspeciailists.com) to arrange a time to meet at PTC. Steve Lentz (steve.lentz@subseadatasystems.com) will also be at PTC supporting Subsea Data Systems (SDS), a partnership between Samara/Data and OSI, as well as the Joint Task Force covering SMART Cables.

It looks like there are plenty of exciting new projects in the pipeline for 2025. See you in Hawaii. Aloha!
